General approach
This website is for promotional and informational purposes. There is no membership system; personal data is processed only to the extent that you submit it through the forms or contact channels. For detailed information, please see the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Forms and contact
The pre-assessment and appointment request forms ask for your full name, phone, email, the subject of your application and the limited information needed for an initial assessment of the file. You are specifically reminded not to enter health information, biometric data, ID/passport images or other special category personal data in the form fields.
A third-party form delivery service is used to technically forward form requests to the stated email address. Only the information the user enters in the form is sent to this service, for the purpose of delivering the request.
Third-party services
The site may use Google Fonts to display typefaces and a technical form delivery service to forward web forms to the email address. While these services operate, data such as the IP address and the information entered by the user in the form may be technically transmitted to the relevant providers. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also used for visitor statistics; this service does not place cookies or similar identifiers, does not identify visitors individually, and processes technical data such as browser type, country and page visited solely to produce aggregate statistics.
No third-party tracking system is used on the site for advertising or behavioural ad targeting. For details on cookies, please see the Cookie Policy.
Security and retention
Submitted data is kept only in communication accounts accessible to the authorised person, retained for as long as the purpose requires and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
