Data controller

Within the scope of this website and the consulting services, your personal data is processed by İbrahim Tecimer as data controller (Dünya Ticaret Merkezi, Gaziosmanpaşa Mahallesi, Tahran Caddesi No:30, Floor 4, Suite 407, Çankaya / Ankara), to the extent described below.

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact data: Full name, phone number, email address.
• Request content: The type of procedure, information on your current situation and brief descriptions you provide in forms and consultation requests.
• Service process data: If a consulting relationship is established, the information and documents required by the application file.

The relevant fields specifically remind you not to enter special category personal data such as health data, biometric data or passport/ID images; data of this nature is not requested through the forms.

Purposes and legal grounds of processing

• Receiving and responding to consultation and pre-assessment requests — KVKK Art. 5/2(c): directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract.
• Delivering the consulting service and managing official application processes — Art. 5/2(c) and Art. 5/2(ç): compliance with a legal obligation.
• Retaining correspondence and records — Art. 5/2(e): establishment, exercise or protection of a right.

Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to the competent public authorities to the extent required by the service and in accordance with the relevant legislation, for the purpose of carrying out application processes. Only the data the user shares in the form may be transferred to the form delivery service used to technically forward pre-assessment and appointment requests to the email address, for the purpose of delivering the request. The cookieless visitor statistics service used on the site (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not identify individuals; it produces only aggregate, anonymous statistics.

Personal data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of these actions, to object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
